Plywood Swivel Lounge chair plus hocker by George Mulhauser for Plycraft 1965.

This classic swivel and tilt armchair was designed by George Mulhauser in 1959 for Plycraft Inc. in the United States. This armchair was produced in 1965. This rare example of the ‘Mr Chair’ is very comfortable, and has a stylish look. The platter is made of plywood Wenge. The leather of this armchair still looks very good and tight. On the side of the armrests, the leather is damaged, but not torn. The threaded rod is a little crooked, so the armchair is a little crooked in two positions, but by turning it, the armchair comes back to a straight position. Together with the hocker, this is a unique and comfortable set.
